2.12 интеллектуальный капитал (Intellectual Capital): Вид нематериальных активов (см. 2.11). Включает три подкатегории: человеческий капитал, структурный капитал, капитал заказчика (см. 2.8, 2.28 и 2.5 соответственно). Может включать знания сотрудников, информацию о производственных процессах, экспертов, продукты производства, заказчиков, конкурентов, интеллектуальную собственность в виде патентов и лицензий (находящихся в ведении регулятивных органов для защиты общественных интересов).
